Where on the internet can I buy Trane Perfect-Fit replacement air
filters in the following sizes 27x21x1, 27x14.5x1, and 27x17.5x1? In the subject: I meant TRANE not trace Greetings!
The one place that I found advertising the 1%26quot; sizes online is
%26quot;Certified A/C and Plumbing%26quot;, at
http://www.certifiedacplumbing.com/ac_product.asp?prodID=56, which has
the replacement filters for 19.95. To order, it looks like you need
to e-mail them....
I don%26#39;t know why these filters would be harder to find online than
other brands, but they seem to be.
search terms used: %26quot;trane perfect-fit%26quot;, %26quot;trane replacement filters%26quot;,
%26quot;replacement air filters%26quot;
I hope this works out for you, thanks for using google answers! I saw the reference in Certified A/C and Plumbing, but they did not
have the exact size that I referenced in the original question. Could
you continue to research. The only online reference I could find listing the exact sizes you
specify I could find is www.guysmith.net/PDF_T/accessories.pdf, on
page 7; they list several varieties of filter for each size, and
provide part numbers, which may help you in ordering from somebody.
You could also order custom filters from someplace like
http://www.airfilters.net/netplace/filters.html, but I don%26#39;t know if
those would work in your application.
I don%26#39;t have much more to suggest; probably your next step should be
to ask at Certified A/C or guysmith.net if they can ship you what you
need, or if they have any other ideas on who might be able to.
Good luck! There probably wasn%26#39;t much information to find, but I wished there had been more dick-ga: Were you able to find the Trane filters at a discount price?
They are up to $50 each now. Seriously, they shouldn%26#39;t be over $20.
