I have already found all these sights and NOT found what I want which is, an average cost per square foot for additions in this area. You will notice I said %26quot;price range%26quot; I am adding a family room if that is a help.

This site says that a traditional renovation would price between $50 to $85 per square foot. This is just an approximate amount. As I wrote earlier, the construction and renovation costs depends on various factors and there is no standard rate which can be given unless the specific requirements are given.
