Looking for Ice Cream Manufacturers for Hire

I%26#39;m looking for ice cream manufacturers to make private labeled molded ice cream pucks. They are approx. 2.5 to 3 oz. of vanilla or chocolate ice cream. We would provide the re-usable rubber molds for them. We would need lots of 10,000 units at a time. The closest standard product would be an %26quot;Ice Cream Dixie Cup%26quot; shape and size. They should be molded and slip sheeted.

Colin: The info so far is outstanding. I could use a little more help. I would be interested in the overseas contacts such as Israel. The exact type of firm I am looking for is closest to %26quot;The House of Flavors%26quot; in size and capabilities in that all they do is private label. Dean Foods seems too big.
